It depends on if they (the players parents) value their players continued development and advancement. When at the age of U15, LOSC Ice, SSC Crush, WUSC Manchester United and OSA legends will join forces at OSSA. This should prove to be a very strong group if just the core girls from each team return for tryouts, then add in a couple of girls from each clubs "B" teams. The strength and depth of this new group will most likely surpass all others in the State.

Just curious how Aloha looked against Onyx. I heard they had improved but the score doesn't seem to show it

From what I saw AU looked the same as last time I saw the two teams play. They have size but that is where it ends. No threats on offense and no organized attack. I don't know if it was Onyx defense or just a lack of skill from AU. Onyx was also missing 2 starters and there forward had the large AU defender fall on her back I think she sat out most of the second half. The game was over early in a one sided affair.

Hhhhmmmmmm
ALSO AU (U12) lost to Onyx badly, AU has more ODP players than RAGE in the 98! Onyx was missing 3 starters
The Rage beat the Usonians who have 14 ODP Players.
Very strange at best.

The AU vs Onyx game wasn't even a game. Onyx easily could of had 15 goals. They had defenders dribbling all the way up the field and getting shots off. The Onyx keeper never had to touch the ball except for the times the Onyx players gave her a back pass to try to keep her involved.
Both teams were missing starters but it was not an even played game at all. AU would get the ball and just boot it. Onyx mids did a great job of sending the ball through the holes of the defense and the Onyx defense did a great job of switching the field and carrying the ball when they weren't pressured.
Strangely the Onyx forward that didn't make ODP had 2 goals in about 30 minutes of play and the mid that didn't make ODP had 4 assists and 1 goal.

Yeah onyx you beat au pride. They had four u11 players start and their one sub was a u11 also. One of their odp players is out with a concussion. One of their starting defenders is out with a broken collar bone and four other players were playing in a basketball tournament. It took onyx the better part of the first half to score their first goal. No doubt that au's u11 players were over matched by the onyx players they are fast and skilled. Au played hard with the team they had and did not back down from a strong onyx team. Two odp players do not make at team. Would AU have won this game with a full roster? It is unlikely, but I wouldn't judge either side based on this game.
Onyx is (right now) the team to beat, stronger, faster and more skilled than all the teams in this age group. They are clearly dedicated to the sport and it shows.
