So far the other forum seems more like a place you actually have conversation threads about an issue and be able to respond back and forth knowing that it is the same individual. It is almost impossible to have any meaningful debate or conversation on this forum with all the noise that is put into place by those just wanting to entertain themselves by baiting people and hoping to witness a verbal war.

I do think there are times that people will not provide a honest conversation if they fear that others will know who they are. That is the one downside.

Both are past members but I have not seen them in awhile. I believe they go by those names there as well..although i think it's Heat Miser.

eggy - thanks for leading me on a wild goose chase - that was a lame forum. And might I add, can we step it up as far as posts at talking soccer? Most of these posts are about girls soccer. Which is fine. But when a thread is about the boys, why does it become overtaken by girls' comments? lame.

This forum used to a fun place...

But now it sucks. You can't even come on here and read about soccer. It's all about s#$t talking each other, spewing hate about one club or another or their DOC or coach. What happened to soccer? Heaven forbid you should have an opinion that differs from the "TS Cult" (thanks SF), even if you back it with facts be ready to get jumped all over and eventually, if you defend yourself, then the hate speech starts. And most you will blame thusc for most of it. Just like BHO blames GWB for everything. When you read back through this forum you notice the majority of the posts from thusc people (true parents/coaches/players/fans, not made up ones) over the last year have been in defense. Same holds true for OSSA, FC and all the rest. So they like to win, big deal. If you don't or would rather spend all your time developing, go to another club. Don't blame them for their philosophy, you have a choice! My son plays lacrosse, he likes to win, so we looked at the winning clubs and chose the one he likes the best. Now he travels, develops and wins. A great fit for us.
And the rumors, people on this forum don't even have the balls to say it's a rumor and have fun with it. They post and stir the crap, over and over and over. It gets really tiring. You folks act like a bunch of elementary school kids, not fans of the beautiful game.
I think I know where all the folks from the cesspool OregonLive came to roost, right here.
Believe it or not, you can have an intellectual conversation without criticizing, bashing or hate. You just have to use facts. Something that is sorely lacking on this forum these days. Some poster said something about www.oregonpremiersoccer.com being boring. It's not boring but based on facts and you have to be registered to post. I can see where the majority of posters on here wouldn't like that. They couldn't spew their hate from behind a mask. I so feel sorry for you folks, what a pathetic life you must have if you feel so compelled to come on here and try to make yourself feel better by somehow self-medicating through the demise of others. So you folks have a nice day.

your correct. i would guess that most come on here for their daily entertainment. much like picking up a copy of the national inquirer.
