We are getting ready for regionals. Trying to play every weekend somewhere. We played a pretty darn good U14 (I think) ODP club from Vancouver, BC last weekend. Big, physical, fast. Really gave our team a workout!

We are doing the Clash of the Border the weekend after. We have 4 girls come back the weekend before from Utah ODP. So I don't think we want to go anywhere that weekend. Thanks

We are playing in the Aloha/Beaverton Fundraiser. Sounds like it will be a good tourney. We will still be at Regionals on the 21st & 22nd but definitely keep us in mind for future events.

Sorry that I've been out of pocket lately. PCU played a little different schedule. The U13 coach stayed over for three weeks. The team then played the Viking Cup over Memorial Day weekend (to good result, perhaps the Nordic theme resonated with Ice).

So, the new coach just took the reins this week. We'll play a 4v4 tourney on the 14th/15th, then nothing until July. I'll mention friedlies, but being new to the team . . .

I'd like to discuss early ideas about teams that improved from try-outs. My sense is that Rush improved most (just by virtue of the merger) and LO also, but would like to hear other thoughts.
