No worries, I'm right there with you (used to all the trash talking). My original comment was completely worded the wrong way. That's what I get for hitting Submit too soon! :)

    Cheers

      Small plug for Vancouver, too

Not taking anything away from Onyx, but Nemesis is also undefeated. Will be a nice game when they meet!

I think Onyx has played them twice and both games were not that close. They are a good team but not quit there yet.

Nemesis is a good team but they haven't played anyone tough yet in the OPL. Their next 4 games will be a lot harder. Last time Onyx played them I believe Onyx won 6-2 and before that it was 3-1.

Aloha seems to be doing quite well too but again they haven't played anyone hard yet. I look for Onyx to finish first with Sherwood in second.

          1. Onyx
          2. Sherwood
          3. LO
          4. Nemesis
          5. NEU
          6. Aloha
          7. OR Rush
          8. Timbers
          9. FC Portland
          10. WSM
          11. Southside
          12. Gallium
          13. PCU

I have to say we played NEU on Sunday and my daughter got hurt and got a sprained ankle towards the end of the game, NEU staff showed alot of class their team manager emailed our director and asked how she was doing with a kind and thoughtful email. It is nice to see class like that.

Not taking anything away from Nemesis, but all 5 wins are vs the bottom 5 teams in the bracket. In their next 7 games they play 6 of the top teams. This stretch will determine where they are.

I would have to agree with this post. Onyx could give the top three U13 girls teams a run for their money.

hearing all the same stuff we heard with the Usonians at U12.. Set up the scrimmage with the Usonians here and give us all time and day. Can not wait.

No one even mentioned the Usonians at U12. It was actually U11. Playing U13 silver killed the Usonian's. Last year it was all about Crush as far as I remember.

Usonian's are a good team but I don't think anyone is really scared of them or places them above any other team. They don't tend to get a lot of shots off.

Oh and talking trash about how your team could beat a U12 team really makes you look sad. I would never be proud of my kids team for beating someone younger than them. It should be expected. My child is not on Onyx but does now play against them and I also think they could give WSM a run for their money. I think WSM would win in the end because of their size. If it was merely off skill Onyx would win. WSM doesn't have any true skilled players with the exception of #23.

                          Look in the mirror

You just have just done what you accuse others of doing. It is obvious you are a Thusc fan. As all others, you guys come here and proclaim how great your team is and how great your club is. Your hatred for wsm is also evident.

You guys/gals are pathetic. This is not the world cup and soccer is not the end all. Enjoy you kids (before you know it, they will be adults) , applaud good plays for others on your team just not you kid and others on the opposing team. Let you play on the field speak on how great your team/daughter is...

Why do all Thusc parents hate wsm so much? Both Clubs have their high and low points. No Club is perfect.

Competitive soccer major problem is parents, if you just stood back and enjoyed you kids. You would have a better experience and so would your child.

Ok...all that is nice, but back on topic..........

Interesting games of note in U12 Girls. There could be some jockeying in the top spots amongst LO, OR Rush, FCSC Nemesis, Sherwood, and AU Pride. All are fighting for those top 6 spots and a NWCL berth next year.

Sat AU Pride vs LOSC Lightning
AU is undefeated but have not yet played any teams at the top. LO appears to have performed fairly well in NWCL play. A must win for both to cement their positions.

                            Sat OR Rush vs Sherwood
Same scenario for OR Rush, in that they have only played teams at the bottom. Sherwood is one of the top teams and must win this game already having one loss.

                            Sun FCSC nemesis vs Sherwood
This begins the Nemesis run of playing real competition. We will see if they can hang around the top of the standings. Another must win for Sherwood to maintain their standing as they already have one loss. This should be a very good game and very physical.

Sun OR Rush vs LO Lightning
Depending on Sat results, neither team can afford to drop 2 games this weekend. A sweep of the weekend for either team would give them a leg up in securing a top 6 spot.

Pathetic? You are postive that was a THUSC parent? Because you know, right? You must be omniscient. You are joining in the same actions you condemn. If you are that high and mighty, you wouldn't even need to post. There is so much vitriol on here representing all clubs. Makes one wonder what you have against THUSC to be singling them out?

What's pathetic is that most of the players would be embarrassed to see the actions of so called adults on here..........and that would be adults representing numerous clubs
