Barca won 1-0. Should of been more but couldn't find the back of the net. FC is always a tough team and played them hard.

          blowouts

If a team is scoring 12-0 and 8-0, do they have an opportunity to change brackets? I thougth the answer was no.

            Brackets

Several Teams had there brackets changed last year in the OPL. I would think they will do so this year also.

I wonder how and when they would do this. It gets really hairy with NWCL ranking too.

But I agree that it should happen so that some teams move to their proper level.

It depends on how connected you are...

Last year, mid season adjustments did happen, the problem was drawing the attention to have an adjustment made, the well-connected teams got moved fairly rapidly, for the others not so easy.

It will also be interesting to see if they move one up, do they move one down? That could be very unpopular.

                  I guess wait and see.

What will be incredibly unpopular is moving one of the "founding club" teams from top tier to 2nd tier.

Gee, I thought it was clear. Ok, go to http://www.oregonpremierleague.com/home.php?layout=1020 and look at the names of the clubs listed as Premier Council. If any of those clubs have a team that is getting consistently blanked, then they are probably playing in the wrong bracket.

Politically speaking, it might be hard to swap out a better team from Div 1 to Premier, to replace this team. Time will tell
