Using people from the state or region increases the accuracy of the rankings because of their familiarity with the teams. If you think you are familiar with the teams in a particular state or region and would be interested in being a state or regional expert, e-mail Spader.

So basically if you have the time to input and send information to this organization could can move you team up in the ranking. Rankings are only as good as the individuals inputing the information in their system. I would put very little importance on these... it is just something to gloat about
