I know these 3 people, but several more parties named. Can anyone extract the lawsuit from county records/website? Saw mention on the suit in a sub forum but can’t find the complaint online. These board members supposedly fired 2 employees for embezzlement/misuse of nonprofit funds but tried to cover it up. One of their fellow board members reported to the Department of Justice and they axed him and his 4 kids from the club in retaliation. DOJ has not come out with anything, club made written statement to its members denying DOJ investigation. Pretty intriguing stuff. Sure the media will pick up on this soon. One of the employees works for Nike (Caba), one for the West Linn Wilsonville WLWV school district (Kelly) and one for MasterCare Solutions. Can’t imagine their employers are ok with this or possible media exposure.

Heard about this. Crazy thing is that the club is sponsored by Nike and the Nike employee (Jay Caba) who served on the board didn’t tell his employer about any of this. Nice way to embark on wellness week at the swoosh. I pick my employer over a corrupt nonprofit any day of the week. -
