Was wondering if Wake FC was going to switch GA conferences since there seems to be a new NC one

New conf -2 teams from NC, 1 each from AL, TN, FL (5 total) . Southeast conf 4 GA, 4 FL, 1 each SC, NC (10 total). Seems like more info to come or this would make no sense.

One of these clubs posted they were in GA for 2024-2025 as "event status member"- get to go to showcases? That would allow these clubs to try to recruit using the GA events as a recruiting tool and hopefully improve over a year or two so that when they are put into full conference GA play they can compete. Maybe then they will realign the conferences so Wake FC and the other NC teams don't have to travel to FL and Atlanta for most of their games.

which club? All 5 are full members from how I read it

Per the now removed instagram post that was from 2 weeks ago:
... Pinecrest Premier is excited to join the Girl's Academy as an Event Status Club for the 2024-25 season! As an Event Status ...".

It is now replaced with a post that they are full members. They are holding new ID sessions after they have already held tryouts. Must be fun to be in that club.
