MLS NEXT BEND RULES AND DON'T TELL CLUB MEMBERS THIS.
All clubs in MLS NEXT do this on U19 example 06/05 teams this year can add 3 04 on that team no problem and add as Many 05 that are out of HS they want no issue. A little trick they don't tell you they don't follow the US Soccer rules they follow MLS NEXT rules.
