DC should have been a state years ago. As for PR, did you know most of their legislators are republican? And, they have not requested statehood so that's not an option unless they do.

First off, define the legal elements of treason please because I'm pretty sure you don't know what they are as even Trumps collusion with Russia is not actual treason.
