The White House releases a transcript memo confirming the contents of the call and the White House Chief of Staff admits during a press conference the quid pro quo did happen. Concurrently, Obama has been directing his personal attorney, not a government employ, to direct foreign policy with respect to Colombia.

How many minutes would it take for John Boehner's head to explode and articles of impeachment that the president abused his powers, violated the National Defense Authorization Act, and suborned a violation of the Logan Act pass the House?
