A huge flaw in our political system is that the incumbent is practically handed the nomination of the party. Trump has been largely ineffective throughout his term. He is more than likely the worst president ever. I would like to see the GOP actually proffer a good and respectable candidate. The two best candidates should be running against each other. Trump is not the best that the GOP has to offer.

Actually it's too bad that the Libertarian Party doesn't have more traction. If it did, and Justin Amash were to run in 2020 as the Libertarian candidate, I would probably vote for him. As it is now it would be a wasted vote.

The "months before" news isn't news. Everyone already knew this. The story is being respun, with the help of Fox, Hannity, et al. to fit the Trump narrative.

Trump is being disingenuous when he states that he is investigating the Bidens because of corruption and not political reasons. Anyone that buys into the Trump narrative, is also being disingenuous. If If Trump is innocent, he needs to let things play out and show that he's innocent. What he's now doing, the stonewalling and all, is classic Trump and makes him look like he's trying to cover something up. He needs to prove that he's a man of integrity.

We have this crazy thing in our country call due process. If I accuse you of anything then you have the right to defend yourself. You get to tell your side and have the opportunity to have representation. Unless of course you are apart of the fringe left in Congress who wont allow Trump to defend himself. He and his attorneys can’t interview, question, or object to any part of the inquiry. He’s team has no access to the WB or his/her legal team. The Dems have met with them but Trump is restricted. Seem fair? The Dems have met with the WB legal team and no unmasking has occurred. There is zero due process here. The Dems are trying to break it off in Trumps ass and they expect him to take it.
