As opposed to one who's is lawyering up to prepare for criminal indictments for conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction of justice, trying to violently overthrow a lawful election, improperly handling (and possibly selling for profit) classified documents, and god knows what else.

It's a simple as the difference between justice and revenge. Justice = lawful warrant and lawful search where there's evidence of probable cause. Revenge = abuse of presidential power to punish political enemies. trump thinks he should be able to weaponize law enforcement like Putin does and Hitler did.

It's a clear distinction, but I wouldn't expect a 9th grade dropout in a MAGA hat to understand that.
