Other than DA/ECNL, development for lower teams is a questionable statement Mr. SR. You have failed many players in that aspect.

Ironically, I just looked at the purple teams, not da or ecnl. In fpl the boys teams for OC are doing well in all but one age groups. The girls are doing well in some ages too. I don't think that is failing the second teams. They look as though their second teams are doing pretty well.

That is possibly becasue you had the luxury to attract good talent. But you are failing to provide the platform for their next level of development. Just benefitting from their previous growth and then recruit some more next year. Let us see when you win some state cups which we can agree how IRONIC it will be.

We just looked at FSPL league. Looks like you do not even have teams that qualify for that league?!!!! What a shame.

That is exactly why OC will always struggle. "Next Level" teams are just a small percentage of the total membership. That attitude is precisely why previous OC players left by the hundreds a couple years ago. You're a fool if you think people aren't pissed. Keep it up and you'll be rebuilding again!

You have to get your story right.

Several of your claims keep changing and conflicting depending on the seasons and MLS market conditions.
Selling the same or inferior product with bow-ties and suits and color wrappers will help you fool the market for sometime. But as you grow with MLS, you are also opening your doors open for us to come take some stake from your profits! March 8 is approaching soon.
