maybe all you sideline police should get together and write a "soccer for idiots" pamphlet with all your useless knowledge of soccer. 99% of any crowd at any sporting event know very little about the game they are watching and commenting on. It's a game, get a grip.

no.. just watch epl and learn, when people clap its out of respect for good play, you don't hear them clapping everytime the CB clears the ball like people do here:)

I've visited Florida a few times and there are about three types of people.
You get the jackarse guys who wear loafers with no socks and walk around air practicing their golf swing. He thinks he's doing well because he has an office job.

Then there are the retired folks and snowbirds. Of course these people spend most of their time drinking coffee and complaining how you can't get good corned beef anymore.

And then you have the Wal Mart shoppers, many of whom have almost half of their teeth and sport clothes that are mismatched. I'm not sure these people work or just spend time filling out unemployment apps.

This thread is a joke! Your claim is completely ridiculous. I kicked a ball one time . . . I think it could have been in the 90s??? Well, actually someone might have kicked the ball and it hit off my foot but I'm pretty sure that counts because my foot was moving forward at the time.

So that makes you the best? Well lets see. Other local clubs put similar numbers in college with less overall players (ratio), 180 tourney teams compared to 300 at other local tourneys, killing the competition at the younger ages??? No other club in Florida can match ECNL..isn't there just one other. OK, got it. You're the best!!!!!

I don't think that argument works anymore. Each club defines their own success just be careful who you are measuring yourself against. The OC FKK comoarison is not a comparison anymore.

most people just want to watch their kid play and have fun doing so. does it really matter when they clap? are you serious? are you that anal? I actually do things, say things on the sideline, just because I know that there are people like you out there. I bet you want to come out of your skin when someone puts an "S" on the end of "offside" and does so when the player is clearly not. now that I know that just clapping at the wrong time pisses someone off, I'm going to bring those big purple plastic clappy hands to the field and clap those things every time our team manages to string 3 passes together(rare occurrence).

I only call "offside" when I am at the perfect 45 degree angle to the second to last defender. I have the magic ability to extrapolate from this angle!
