    Egg first, Hen First.

That is why when every one gets practice time/ equal training opportunities, result will be more kids who can pass the ball.
More soccer fans for MLS because you have not destroyed their interest!!
Simple truth is: PRACTICE, PRACTICE and PRACTICE.

You separate the kids, deny them the practice opportunity and then claim you are developing and identifying talent! Are you afraid if those "NOT GOOD" kids are given the chance, they will prove you wrong?
Oh yeah, many, many kids have already proven this to your face, yet you deny to accept the facts!

I wouldn't have signed him up anyway, and then spend two months bashing them on a forum for not providing me something they never promised to provide to me to start with. If I didn't ask them what they intended to provide to me before I signed up, that is my fault for not being smart.

I don't believe that every kid should be forced to practice the same amount of time. Players and parents have different wants/needs, and it is my responsibility to find a club that comes closest to giving me what I want. If I can't find a club that offers what I want, then I would try to work something out with them. I wouldn't anonymously bash them on a public forum in an attempt to get them to change their entire structure to make me happy.
How do you know what we asked and we were agreed with?

If U-10 B and U-10 G purple pay same fee, how can boys get more than girls?
If All purples pay high fee, why all ages don't get the same training?

What level of play has to do with fee and time? If we save 3rd days training, we can absolutely go hire another coach and get private training too. But why should we be charged to favor a few hand picked wrong kids? (if the pick is RIGHT, then can you in writing gaurantee them a DA spot?)
I didn't write post 11912 (although I don't disagree with it). My response to you is post 11918. So yes, I was talking about my kid.

Why and how do you determine that other kids need to practice more days? Why didn't you just go to a club that gives you what you want?

Why did you agree to pay OCYS if you thought their fees were unfair?

Because over the past two months, you have never said you were promised more days of training and OCYS is not giving you what you were promised. If that was your issue, you would have said something about it by now.

And since you have been caught in multiple lies so far, I won't believe you if you say they promised you more training. That is one of the problems with telling lies - if you do tell the truth, no one believes you.

OCYS is a registered, 501C organisation. It is not a PRIVATE Club.

It is using publicly funded facilities. Not PRIVATE!

It is my club hence I have to play there! You are HIRED to run it, it is not your family owned business yet. If you cannot run it to our satisfaction, you can leave.

WE determine all kids need to practice more days because they all pay the same fees!

Send an e-mail to all your club families stating you will refund full fees if we do not agree with your fee structure and practice schedule. We will then go away.
Just go ahead and do that.

Nobody has to believe me, I know I am a LIAR and I was trained by you master LIARs.

Over the two months have YOU explained:

Why DO YOU CHARGE same fee for U-10 B and G and boys get more training? (DISCRIMINATION)

Why few purple get more training than other purples for the same fee?
              (PRO inconsistency)

Anybody else notice how the grammar deteriorates and the use of caps increases as he gets more worked up? I can just see him spitting all over his keyboard as he's typing. At first I thought it was one of the Fkktards screwing with us, but I'm starting to think this guy may actually believe in this cause. Pretty scary.

I know this is not from OCYS. I know who it is from.
I can't help, just have fun at the cost of OCYS and our pain.

She is not the only one. We also have asked and promised differently.

You have to practice the right things.

Players who can't accurately pass a ball when they are standing in one spot shouldn't be doing a lot of drills that require them to move while they are passing/receiving the ball. They don't have the ability to do that yet. They will improve more quickly if the coach is able to focus on basic drills that help them improve in the areas where they are weak. As they improve they move to more advanced drills.

Players that can accurately pass a ball when they are standing in one spot should be doing more drills that incorporate movement, spacing, etc. Watching a coach demonstrate how to do a basic instep pass isn't going to help them improve. They already know how to do that. They should be doing drills that are appropriate for their level. Obviously, every drill won't be the exact thing that each player needs. But where possible, clubs should try to provide training that is appropriate for each player. They can't do that if they mix very strong players with very weak players.

My son isn't on the top team, and he practices less than the top team. His interest in soccer isn't destroyed. He still loves playing and is begging me to take him to MLS games next year.

Very nice and good understanding of what you exactly want and what you get. Since your son is not in top team, obviously you are not cheated with higher fees. I hope you took your son to USL games too.
We love soccer too and support MLS.
But, support us between Feb and march 2015 when we strike! Thank you.

I'm not concerned about you striking, because I'm not convinced you are at OCYS. But if you do strike, I won't be supporting you because I'm not going to align myself with people who are irrational.

So your solution is to strike. You are upset, so your solution is to prevent your kids from playing soccer. And if you were to convince enough people to join you and games are cancelled, you prevent other people's kids from playing soccer. Punish the kids because you didn't get your way. You seriously need to grow up. You shouldn't throw a temper tantrum every time you don't get what you want. Most people grow out of that by the time they are four years old.

Kinda like burning your own neighborhood down when a verdict doesn't go your way...
