Your kid still isn't good enough kr and it is due, in part, to your poor genetics.
I give you facts and you counter with emotion.
It has nothing to do with individual players.
I gave you the rules and you counter with personal attacks.
I show you the documentation on denying FKK affiliation and you accuse someone's daughter of being a poor player who sits on the bench.
Keep talking FKK. You are doing such a great job promoting your club.

Central Florida Soccer Alliance – Joe Avallone and Tim Geltz spoke about the need
for soccer in the East Orange County area, growth plan, and local sponsorships. Craig
Pole and Greg Brick highlighted various issues including poaching charges,
deceptive practices and 15 mile rule. Chris Mills supported all OCYS arguments.
CFSA field location falls within 15 miles of Orlando City, not FC America. Denied
based on 15 mile rule.
So those are the facts. FKK violated the 15-mile rule, was denied membership in FYSA and did a deal with Maitland to get their teams in State Cup. Why? For one reason and one reason only. HM and the BOD feel that Winter Park and Oviedo is their turf and were going to locate their club inside OC's 15-mile radius regardless of rules. The sheer arrogance of that move cost them plenty. 5 miles dad. All HM had to do was move 5 miles. You know the parents, including you, would have not had a problem driving the extra distance to have a legitimate club in good standing with FYSA. I can tell you in fact that the FYSA board have had enough of the "Hue Rules" in CFL and chances that club will ever get affiliation this August is less than zero. So he finds a loophole and gets around the 15-mile rule. Stroke of genius right? Tell that to the kids who did not have a league to play in this year. Tell that to the parents who have been shuttling their kids to practice since July with only a handful of tournaments the entire year.
I can also tell you that US Club Soccer has taken note as well and the "Father of ECNL" is not in good standing with that league. That is why they dished him the FPL PDP. There will be more shenanigans in that camp and he will be run out of US Club Soccer as well.
HM just suffers from "smartest guy in the room" syndrome. He thinks he is above it all and regulations be damned. Regulations are drawn by committee and voted on by the board. So he is not just skirting a rule or two, he is giving FYSA and all those people who devote time to organizing youth soccer the middle finger. He is doing to do it his way and is burning bridges along the way. Oh well, I guess some would rather go out in a blaze of glory than play by the rules.
OC= Purple Barney clown.

As far as US Club goes, I don't think your argument holds much water as you stated it has been announced that they are using him for a PDP event. If he really was on the outs they would have found someone else. Plus if he really was that bad would CONCACAF use him also. He must have some good connections some where. You are right that he may have burned some bridges and FYSA doesn't care for him, they don't like anyone questioning there great decision making, even though that is what people on this forum have asked for in recent years. There was a thread dedicated to them needing to make changes and how they need to get new blood. FYSA hasn't had the best reputation around the country in the last several years, and their antiquated ways is what has allowed US Club to gain a foot hold here in the state. Look at the changes they have had to make lately to try to combat US Club, they are reactive not proactive, so do you really think that they are the best at making decisions for youth soccer in the state. They don't even follow their own rules, just go to ODP tryouts to see that.

Which is why the 15 mile rule has never made much sense to me, how can you dictate a 15 mile rule when the clubs have no say in where the fields are. I'm sure if there were fields 5 miles up the road FKK would be more than happy to move to those and get their FYSA affiliation.

US Club Soccer must think highly of this man that Orlando City ( Phil Rawlins ) fired on GB recommendation.
Go US Soccer!!! Good enough for US Soccer but not good enough for Orlando City. This about sums it up for Orlando City youth soccer club.

Your own evidence highlights the nature of the dispute- OCYS went after HM personally ("deceptive practices" and "poaching charges") while FKK talked about serving a community and growth.
you guys talk a good game, but your own posts demonstrate a different story. You're so focused on one guy you don't care if you damage 100's of kids by not allowing them to play where they want to play.
you're punks and bullies- pure and simple

Lets be honest how all of this went down. HM selected all his girls for ECNL who thought they were the best. They play ECNL and get their butts kicked. It can't be that the girls selected were not good enough it has to be the coaching and developement. As parents you run and demand a meeting and the rest is history. The girls played no better when HM ran the program.
Look, the girls last year were some of the best in central Florida. ECNL was just at a higher level than they were used to. It was going to take a couple of years to get the program running properly with or without HM.
Are there some idiots at OC, of course there is. There is at ALL the clubs including FKK.

The fact that any one thinks Phil is influenced by anyone shows lack of your knowledge of Orlando city. Phil does his thing and does it well. Like it or not, he has done what no one with all their egos could ever do and that is bring soccer to Orlando on a Mls level. Well, OC has DA and ecnl which go over the head of pdp. DA isn't suppose to participate in those programs and all the kids besides them in the club can do odp so pdp which is optional and relative to your level. The DA points directly to the national team and that is clear on their website. Odp and pdp just offer their selected players and hope that the national team picks them. Do a little bit of homework and you will find what I did. All this pompous better than you stuff is just getting ridiculous. Pick what is best for your kid and do it with a smile on face and let everyone else worry about themselves.

Likely both clubs have some responsibility in what went down. Maybe one more so than the other, but it's done. Move on.
