It's always interests to read how OC is giving kids free stuff. If OC is so giving why free for DA but not Free ECNL. It's subsidized but not free? If OC is so awesome can you explain why the allowed the TOPS program that they inherited from FKK to fold last year and have yet to restart it? Can't be money, they use it wipe the butts and blow their noses.

If we don't know what NLI day is how in the hell did we kick your ass 27-23 in commitments on your glorious day that never was. Literally, you FKKrazies crowed and crowed on TS about all the NLIs your kids were signing and how OC did not have a clue.

NLI comes and OC gets more players signed AND throws a first class event for their players giving them exposure on local news channels. What did FKK do? Put a couple of home-made posters up on a folding card table and take some polaroids for your own facebook pages. You prefer to quote HM and JA rather than give the credit to the girls and boys who earned their NLI. It is all about the coaches at your club. Coaches can't play on the field dumbass. That is why you were humiliated at Disney Showcase.

Why do we insist on fighting the battle between OC and FKK? Those club leaders took it upon themselves to start the fight and you little pawns are fighting their battle. Why don't we all agree to let the so called leaders fight their own battles. All they seem to be good at is firing us pawns up and letting us fight it out. Didn't hear PR say anything about him being from OC youth club, he referenced kid being able to play for an MLS team in his hometown , and supposedly the kid is originally from Oviedo.

Phil can only do what MLS allows him to do. I believe these contracts have to be approved by the league.

Quite a difference between the two proposals, I guess I can understand why the original proposal caused such backlash. It's disheartening to me that OC blatantly denied the charge. I can't say it makes me want to jump ship, I like our coach and the DA carrot is a nice thing to dangle, but it certainly makes be question a little more about what I hear!

There is nothing wrong with doing what's right for your kid, it's DA then so be it. Just make sure your keeping you EYES and EARS open. MLS is huge for this city but the way OCS is attempting to run rough shot over everyone is turning people off.

Having 10 clubs put whatever competitive differences they have aside and stand side by side against OCYS speaks volumes. This would not have happened before OCS started this campaign.
