How is MLS and NWSL doing anything for your youth program, other than sell tickets and scarves? claiming you have a great youth club because you have a pro club is ludicrous and juvenile. Is this yet another change to OCYS's ECNL program? Why so much instability? I'd be willing to bet that if RB was formerly VSI's ECNL director that there could be additional upheaval in the waiting at OCYS. I just hope the girls don't suffer.

AH had a good coaching track record ay FCA (which is why OC poached him), but if thi other guy is coaching, what is AH "directing"?

It seems to me that OC is bringing in good girls coaches. I would view that as focusing on the girls program. I see the program as a big focus at OC but that goes against everything that fkk says.

Yes, our girls program is flourishing under the direction of these highly qualified coaches. Why just look at our ECNL records for an indication of the direction we are headed. The best of the best I tell you.

This is OCYS's plan for ECNL survival. Hire coaches from other clubs in hopes they are able to attract some of their former players to join them at OCYS as OCYS can't develop their own girls or convince girls from Central Florida to join their club. First AH from FCA and now RB from VSI. Hope it works but I can't see that many girls making that drive when they already have a successful ECNL program in their backyard. Also wonder now that AH's U18 team will shortly be graduating if OCYS deemed him expendable?

Here is one for you.......

My daughter cannot practice with the U13 girls because they are getting ready for a tournament in Maryland. She is not on the team but part of OC. I pay my dues but you can have guest players play for this team? Where is the loyalty.
