Look no reason to be so vile. ODP is nice but has major flaws. Everyone would agree with this who is objective. How long are the tryouts one day, two days and some look see's here and there. Be real. Should be over a course of three days for two different trials. One at the beginning and one at the middle and they should be for every year with built in training centers year round where only skill training is focused. -

No one who has been involved in any way with trying to schedule a youth sports tournament asks questions like when will the schedule be posted. Trust me that they want the schedule up too.
If you could see the inbox of requests from coaches, referees, even parents with requests like -not even making these up
"I coach two teams so make sure that I have at least four hours between games so that I have time to change"
"I have three kids at this tournament, can you please try to schedule their games so I can attend them all (and not provide the kids ages, the team, or even the club)"
"we wont have enough players, can we play down an age"
So, assume you will play all the games-plan to be there all weekend, and enjoy the beauty of being lucky enough to watch your kids run and play.Comment

Just making an observation. The "adult supervision", in this case the league and/or FYSA which sanctions these events run on money. OCYS contributes a very large part of that. It is not in their personal interest to do anything that would ellicit change. Organizations with a lot of money seem to get a pass. Its called politics to the naive.
