I just read a story on the OC site that said five girls made the state ODP team and went to Alabama over the Summer. This is a big accomplishment, however knowing the size of OC, I am surprise more did not make the team and even more surprised that OC didn't put anyone in the Region III pool.

I'm pretty aware of that "world", since my kid is a D1 commit. In fact I'm a lot more aware than the OCYS leadership- who don't even know what NLI day is. FKK will have about 20 signings this February- ACC, SEC and more. There's already another 6-8 committed for 2015 signings, with mor to come this Spring- which is the peak 'season' for HS Juniors to commit.

i've heard all the OC noise and spin- let's see results. and let's see what the athletes say when asked "who helped you in your recruiting".

Don't forget, it was ECNL that exposed them.

Lets knock a little reality into this. There is not one top OC team playing this weekend at Disney. They are the purple after ecnl and DA. However that being said, they are still quite good. So dot be surprised of the results if they are in favor of OC. Apparently nobody remembers who developed the kids signing college contracts because it wasn't fkk or OC but the list of individual coaches.

Honestly, I don't believe you. If you were the parent of a D1 commit, then you would admit she was recruited at OC during ECNL. It was documented on the site. BTW - there were also many player profiles on the site. Many of those girls now play for FKK. Where are their player profiles? Don't you think playing in ECNL and having front page profiles on the club site were helpful? Go ahead and check the OCYS site right now. You will see several player spotlights rotating on the front page. BTW - FCA also does it, Rush does it. FKK? Nope. Not a single player mentioned or spotlighted. It is all about the desperate attempt to get kids into the program. A program burning through cash that desperately needs new members and their money. Everything else on the site is about the great OZ and his amazing development skills. Your quote has appeared almost verbatim on other posts on the site. I think you are nothing more than a FKK spinmeister spewing the same old tired lines.

yes OC will have a few boys signed with major colleges but who helped those boys. I'm sure OC will take full credit and even do interviews putting boys on the spot but the truth is the truth everything washes out soon enough.

Same BS spewed by the other clubs in Brevard. "KS was not developed at SCU! She only came to the club to play her last years!!" Same with TJ and the other All Americans that won titles with SCU. Do you want to know WHY those girls left their clubs and went to SCU? They wanted to play at the highest levels and SCU was winning State Cups and dominating the girls divisions in the pre-ECNL era. The best were playing at SCU and that is what attracted those future All-Americans.

The same is happening with OC. DA and ECNL are attracting the best players. You can give the credit to any coach you want. It does not matter a wit. The best want to play with the best and the magnet is the DA and ECNL. You FKKrackheads had your chance and blew it. 40 losses! You have the audacity to crow about your talent with those dismal results? Clearly you are living in the GCF bubble because the reality of ECNL was more than you could bear.

800 plus kids and counting at FKK, A few solid sponsors and backers. A rent free office and coaches working hard for each other.

Basically a club without 12 Director titles from Junior Director to GM, Tech Director, DOC boys, girls, Junior Doc, Executive Director, Rec Director,

BS. You can't count Creeks and Maitland in those numbers. The operate on seperate books. The only thing they share is the expense of HM's salary. FKK does not have 800 kids. They are still begging for players on the rec and competitive levels. You can't deny what is on your own website Einstein. Keep running those free clinics. They ain't paying the bills.
