I don't think any of the paid staff are hurting. Have you seen what cars they drive? BMW, Lexus, Audi. And not cheap ones. Maybe they could put some money toward field lights so their "showcase teams" can practice more than twice a week. Other clubs are peaking. OC seems to be going backwards.

Don't be surprised if you go down to 1 practice a week.
Players leaving may depend on what other local clubs publish for their tryouts. If they publish training schedule and transparent curriculum to be accountable, then it would attract players.
If not, it is pan to fire, it makes no sense. Their results are as bad as OCYS. Selling the same old crap in new wrappers.

ahh yes--the great FKK future predictor-- are u the same genius that proclaimed for 3 years that OC will never get an MLS team or stadium--and the same genius that proclaimed that OC will lose ECNL for the past 2 years-- so now you are here to tell us that OC is losing players and will be practicing once a week--please tell us all what lotto numbers you are playing so we can all win millions because your predictions have been great for the past 3 years.

Pure and simple. Eventually, like any business who does not take care of its clients - clients go elsewhere.

I don't know what you mean by "bloated infrastructure" - do you mean too many coaches?

Other than that, all your professional coaches and pro player camps show absolutely zero results!
