If I am AH, I bring you onboard (and you will pay) then play your kid 5 minutes per game. Oh by the way mom, there is no guaranteed playing time. What a mess you are!

Any player you've ever seen with fantastic skills developed them outside of team training, so you don't / can't rely on team trainings to develop your Mia's skills. See win / win.

I cry all the time that's how I get people to do what I want . I want my kid as good or better then yours. I think it's because the coach is giving your kid more attention. My kid gets it he tries to understand but he is not as good as your kid and that makes me made. It has to be the coaches fault I demand the club stop everything for my kid I demand this. I do not my kid staying back a year in soccer next year I pay the same and I demand you hold back the stars so my kind and I can enjoy this we demand it we deserve it we never loose. Coach help my kid the good kids are already good do not make them great let my kid train with them they will make them better I just know it they will challenge that star kid they just need to train with the star kids. Hey the hardworking kids need to help make my kid better I pay for this I pay for you coach you owe my kid . If you do not help my kid I will take my kid else ware and MY MONEY you will be sorry when my kid beats your star kids on your one sided team.

I do not know what age group this is.
But what we see is the ALMIGHTY know it coaches already decide which child is a defender and mostly their child as mid-field. Then they make all others send the ball to mid-field which means mid-field gets about 100 touches to the 10 touches a defender gets.
Smart experienced coaches set up equal touches at their training and play everyone at different positions based on opposition team level at games.
Yes, it is players/parents off-the club that makes a player better in First Touch which can be done 7 days a week.
CLUBS don't have to worry about what happens at home, but just provide EQUAL TRAINING to all, specially at lower age groups!

Some clubs strictly prohibit this, but others that give more than lip service to development environment allow it. Sounds as though you would be happier at a club that would allow your daughter to train with other teams.
Answer the question: Can you CHARGE SAME FEES to all and give 2 days of that value to one child and 3 days of value to the other one? It is as simple as that.
In our opinion it is STEALING from the first and serving the favorite ones.
Our parents and grand parents worked hard in building certain things around here. We are not going anywhere. You take your BIAS UNFAIRNESS to where ever you have come from.

The best way for players to improve their skill is at practice playing under pressure. While I agree that kids should work on their own if they want to continue to improve, the practice environment is key.
Also anytime someone refers to some kid they don't even know as a Mia as a way to insult their parents should really get their head examined. That is someones child you are talking about. Grow up.

If the club said you practice 2x per week when you signed up, that's what you bought. If they offered 3x or 4x per week to the 1st team to attract talent, then that's their deal. Get over it. Cut your best deal next June or take your business elsewhere.
You want to talk about Airlines business, I can give you a clinic in that.
You are NOT Hired to REWARD anybody, let LIFE decide that! Your JOB is to give your best to all as their investment returns.
If you have invested your own money on our kids, then you may chose to do what you want. Not until then.
You are destroying a bright future opportunity of OCYS without realizing its future business value.
FYI, Walmart is very strong in its foundation, one of the top performing companies.

First team players get better training understand and first team pays the same as second team and third team . Some clubs have less payed called development. Ok so first team is training against the same level get it ! They do not go backwards to help third team they go forward understand ! Simple put better training for first team players sorry simple fact always has been but clubs are glad to stroke you along take your money but your still part of development below first team understand! We all pay the same but we do not all train the same why because some players are not ready to play and train the same understand! This is competitive travel soccer correct not development travel soccer correct first team is competitive correct what is 2nd and 3 team oh ya development . This is not rocket science is it we are sorry you have no experience with this and want to change the wheel but you will loose if you win guess what first team players will leave to a team the does not allow parents to run. That why if you read fine print it tells you a child will have to win his or her starting place this means training space also ! My thought you should play rec you can control this and you will get equal training.
