As of yesterday, FYSA has officially decide no "poaching" occurred, and reversed the bogus trumped up crap. But if you wanna examine it closer we can talk about how the FCA coach made his deal to run ECNL at OCYS while he was still in State Cup playoffs. you see- "poaching" applies to coaches just like players.

OC tried to hire HM back before they filed charges. HM said no and OC proceeded to file charges. So OC knew and knows HM is good for the game and kids but figured if they could not have him they would impede him which in turn hurts CHILDREN... Well done OC the purple is washing out nicely.

Really, hue didn't care who he stepped on before he came to OC and now he takes care of all of them. I am happy at OC and see future at OC.

How about the fact that OCYS sent out a press release during SC play announcing a deal had been struck with the "new ECNL Director"? The PR even said they couldn't release his name while SC was ongoing.

Release of the name means nothing- but admitting that negotiations were held and a deal made while the season was ongoing seems to indicate what happened. Looks to me like a poaching violation occurred.

OCYS is a mess. At least at the younger age groups. Several coaches are already looking around for somewhere else to coach next season/next year, especially the ones that are in the Seminole Soccer League (YDL) and are very unhappy with the schedule and amount of teams.

I'm not going to name names, but it is coming from the U9-U12 age groups. You'll find out when it happens. If you even care. I don't think guys like CM or GB care as long as they got their teams and are coaching.
