Bullies, really, I see that is how you portray them but I will give you some insight on what I have learned over the last couple of weeks. I heard that hue promised creeks ecnl, well it appears to be going to jfc if what I read is correct. Pan down south, my daughter plays with a player from there. It is becoming common knowledge that hue has promised ecnl to a few of the clubs down there. Do the Miami area teams talk? You realize only one team from the south will potentially get ecnl, and I don't think hue has the pull anymore. It appears locally be has boycotted it and he can't secure it for his affiliate in jax.

"Hue promised". What a pantload. HM is not part of ECNL- he is simply a DOC in central Florida with a new club. He happens to have first-hand experience in establishing programs that eventually could make the grade and get admitted to the league. It took him 2 years and an initial rejection to get CFK admitted. You obviously have no idea what it takes to be part of ECNL- the programs and structure that must be in place (and maintained) before the league wil even consider a club.

I know the man from CFU/CFK days. He doesn't walk around making "promises" to clubs about a league he doesn't control. The only thing I've ever heard him "promise" to players or parents has been 'a lot of hard work and commitment' to maximize opportunity.

you folks at OCYS have built a characiture of the guy so you could use him as your whipping boy and blame him for the failures of the "English Professionals". That's now over- you have no excuses as to why your club membership SHRANK this year, and why you're facing a FOURTH FAILED TOURNAMENT. Time to deliver results. No more Jamaican scapegoats.

Not to long ago (pre-OCYS) HM went ballistic and issued an edict about CFK'ers posting on TS (when the CFK'ers were critical of HM and CFK). Remember him saying how unprofessional it was and how it made CFK look bad.

But now that the FKK'ers are throwing stones in a different direction, HM finds nothing wrong with it and says nothing about his disciples posting on TS.

My concern is that I know there will potentially be one club in south Florida that has ecnl and I want it to be the one I am associated with, personally preference is obvious. I have encouraged my club to align with current ecnl clubs to better their potential position, not just listen to a guy who obviously isn't friendly with ecnl. You're right about one thing- you don't know (quite a bit). have you ever spoken with HM personally? Obviously not. I suggest rather than swallow the South Florida rumor mill that alledges he made "promises" to anyone you find out first hand facts. Stop slandering a good man you know nothing about.

Here's what's "being talked about" in central Florida: Rumor has it that there may have been a secret meeting last Tuesday (and possibly a lunch) among DOC's of certain other central Florida clubs where they discussed that PR from OCYS is "promising" all clubs' luxury suites in his new stadium.

I don't have any actual facts, and i wasn't at the meeting. I've only met PR once at a reception, but I've heard he's willing to promise anything to anybody. I thought maybe throwing it out on TS would be a productive move.

Not slandering but our doc has had conversations with him about helping them out and in turn helping us get ecnl. What concerns me is that apparently that conversation has happened to other Miami clubs. If we were it, I wouldn't be on here but apparently we are one of many being told we are on the path to ecnl as is boca too but we all one that was unlikely.
