Overall the staff looks impressive at the higher levels and sort of fades from there. The lower level coaches are exactly that inexperienced or not as experienced as the others. Hopefully OCYS will mentor these younger less experienced coaches and help them develop.
Year one will be interesting to say the least but it's a multi year process so we'll have to wait and see.Comment

In his first year at CFK, Quintana's 3 girl's teams produced a State Cup Champion u17, and a finalist u16. Both improved dramatically, and were competitive with ECNL teams. The players think he's a great coach, and he is.Originally posted by Unregistered View Post

I have been to ECNL games. Sean Bubb and spiky hair European are the only 2 at the matches. Sting is km and Tatu. Challenge is po and bo. GSA is cc. Concorde is bm etc. the people who want every coach to to coach just their team is a model that doesn't work and no one in the country uses it except fl.Originally posted by Unregistered View Post
