1. The merger wouldnt work. Too many egos.
- the club has won 3 consecutive u11 girls presidents cups, has done progressively better in each state cup, has grown in numbers and quality and gaine acceptance into the prestigious ecnl. 3 state finalists more than any other club.
2. Eos merger would fail.
-Club grew by 600 people and integrated many great families and players into every level of the club.
3. Fpl would fail.
- league doubled in size and only ecnl clubs from fpl.
4. Eq was overrated and coaching too many teams.
- 2 of his 3 teams are in the state finals. Beaten top ranked teams in the country including ecnl teams.
Seems every thing these guys touch turns to hold. That is my opinion.Comment

EQs teams were winning before he came in. Had he a won with the other team then it would have been impressive but they failed miserably this year. Now I am by no means saying he is not a good coach but his credit is probably minimal as those two teams were the best Krush team (owner's daughter) and the best CFU team (President's daughter).Originally posted by Unregistered View Post

Have you ever tried to coach U16 & 17 year old girls? Getting them to get along and play consistently well is extremely challenging. EQ deserves credit for keeping the them on track and focused on playing well and not letting down.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

With BH name as the girls DOC of OCYS we anticipate the girls program go down the pipe as he did with FL Rush and FSA. Couldn't this soccer professional see his track record. He does not respond to parents emails, he does not respond to parents phone calls with issues regarding his FSA teams, all he does is sit his ass at his house all day and come to the club once a month to collect his pay check.
