Not at FSA or Seminole Soccer Club, it's original name. The facility and the club is owned by the membership and the coaches have to vote on everything to do with the Bylaws. The board is responsible for the day to day but can be removed at any time by the membership.

You would think so, but unfortunately your wrong, at FSA/OCYS the coaches are the only ones with a vote, this was the FSA bylaws. People on here want to talk about the good ol boy network, well this is the best example of it right here. Coaches put people on the BOD that they like and BOD keep the coaches coaching. Parents can never get anything changed as they have no vote.

Seminole's board has always had parents, coaches, and outside people on it. Parents and coaches built the place and established the oldest club in town if not the state. Why should they turn it over to anyone else if it doesn't make sense? That club is the closest to real democracy you will find and interestingly enough the most coveted fields around.
