Well it looks as though GB has lost his seat at the table:

Definitely a solid step in the right direction but I doubt AH has the time this is going to take to be successful. This would seem to be a temporary arrangement until they find someone that can do the job.

"Completing the new posts is the appointment of Hue Menzies as Director of Soccer Operations. Menzies, the former Executive Director at CFK, will be responsible for the scheduling, day-to-day operations at the club as well as serve as program manager for the Girls ECNL program."
So has Menzies been relegated to office work?

He's an incredile coach I don't think he can handle what is basically two full time jobs, with the DOC role being arguably the most demanding, lowest paying and least fulfilling of the two. HM being Director of Soccer Ops is basically saying he's running the club and is AH's backup, which will most likely mean he's doing the DOC duties when AH isn't available.

Is it possible to negotiate some quantifiable deliverables for our money?

He belongs on the field training the next generation(s) not dealing with their parents. AH was a great player and is a very good coach. Unfortunately, I agree that his professional duties will not allow him the time necessary to fulfill this role to the best of his abilities. So who is really going to suffer in the end?
