HM and his office staff keep sending emails stating "the club" requires this and "the club" requires that. "The club" you are refering too no longer exists after May, so truly no one of the individuals on the emails cares what you have to say.

Never fear, Mommy. You and your friends fixed it. The mean man won't be able to do that anymore, because now we're right back to the same crowd of posers who made Central Florida Soccer what it was before the mean man came.

If "the mean ol' man" was God's gift to youth soccer, why hasn't OCS/OCYS recognized him as such and made him "head cook and bottle washer"?

If "the mean ol' man" was all that, why hasn't some other major youth club yet made him "an offer he can't refuse" to be their "head cook and bottle washer"?

Truth is, "the mean ol' man" is lacking in critical management and "people" skills, which leaves him only as a DOC "wannabe" for a first tier, top notch youth soccer mega club.

At CFK, HM may have "won the battle" (attaining ECNL) but "lost the war" (CFK joins OCYS/FSA, no major management position for HM at OCYS).

What's done is done. All the moaning and ******* in the world about "good ol' boys" at OCYS will change nothing.

If/when OCYS is awarded USSF USSDA status with "the good ol' boys" running the show at OCYS, what are you going to say then? That "the ghost of HM" deserves credit for that as well?

This is a great post. His own club bailing on him is larger testament than anything anyone else could say. As well I didn't realize Phil Rawlins was a good ol' boy. Must have missed that.
