I would agree that CM was not going to be out since he does not have a player in the club but this guy was always scheming some move anyways and was constantly making deals outside the club.
I can tell you that most of the CFK were rotated to new teams at the beginning of last year- including many Daddies from coaching their kids' teams. that was an unpopular policy (with the daddies), but it was beneficial for most players.

I wonder what OCs policy will be in this regard?

don't be suprised to see the top coaches at Rush and FCA (the 1 they have DL) leave to coach the top older teams at OCYS.

If your a top coach at Rush who had your team winning state cup why wouldn't you leave that club for a club with ECNL and Academy?

FCA can kiss thier one coach DL goodbye also.

I feel bad for all those FSA coaches who won't have jobs- even though they stayed loyal when the club couldn't make payroll last year.

why wont they have jobs? They will coach the same region level teams they do now. They won't have a chance to coach any of the 1st 2nd or 3rd teams.

OCYS will field between 4-8 teams per age group with 2-3 being state caliber teams.

Maybe. but a club doesn't generally need to pay coaches to handle RC teams. They get the parents to do it. and there won't be as many teams as you think. Mergers always bring talk of multiple teams- but it doesn't happen.

Kids who get relegated to a third SC team will go elsewhere.

here is a question the Orlando city goalie trainer is the DOC at Rush.

Will he be replaced on the Orlando City staff or will he move to OCYS in some capacity?

they will still be a premier team but a region level and they will charge accordingly, just look at FSA currently they pay to play and the majority of thier teams are region cup teams(entered).
yes people won't go to OCYS but where is there to go if you live in seminole county? Drive 40 minutes to Rush? Play at FCA for the worst coaches in central florida? Go to region cup level teams with parent coaches at SOS or Maitland?

Face it next year if you want to be on a state cup team you will have to play at OCYS soccer. AND OCYS knows this and will charge accordingly.

I saw him sitting amongst the group from CFK and FSA. It seems like the new happy family is getting along for the moment.

So what did MLS Commissioner Garber say about OCS and MLS in Orlando?

I understand...So what you're saying is there will be no SC Teams other than the one's at OCYS. Whatever you say. Believe or not everyone is not going to be on that train. Same when the Rush and CFK were created Ironically there was still many other SC Teams around.
Be excited for what you have but you sound real foolish if you think everyone is just going to drop their teams because of a 3rd "Big Merger" is happening in CF. There will always be an alternative for many reasons. Maybe not clubs as a whole, but individual teams for sure. I have no interest in going to OCYS but have no ill will toward them. Just view things differently.

Not the OP, but I'm confident he was specifically vague. What else could he be?

i'd like to know how many people showed up (not counting the car-pooled coaches of the clubs involved) was MoJO packed to the rafters with rabid Lions fans?

                            "specifically vague"? that's an oxymoron.

How long will the marraige last? My bet is that he wears out his welcome in six months. He has already pissed off a number of higher ups at OC with his emails and comments, and he can behave for only so long now.
