There robot phone calling during the season does help build there team for next year. They have that kiosk mall sales person like feel to Parkland ! They seem to take players instead of develop players or am I wrong ?Comment

They're taking a gamble - NPL is going to be hit with ENPL, but if you think ENPL is going to be the next wave you need to ride then you grab your board and give it a shot. In doing so you're hoping the league will help attract new/better players including some DA players that will drop out of DA (almost all from non MLS teams of course). ENPL might flop, it might work. Ultimately customers decide where they want to play. If the club and the league isn't for them they won't join.
