This thread was obviously a trick question. Answer: Everyone who posted about other towns on this thread.

I think you'd have to separate town soccer from high school soccer for this question, even though there is an overlap on some of the kids playing for both. I can tell you Bristol & Burrillville town parents are obnoxious (come on, Burrillville...cowbells? Really?) but I don't see that same behavior during high school games (to that degree anyway). Portsmouth is pretty tame, as is Lincoln. Barrington is tame as well...which should be expected with the season they had this year.

This is true. Bristol parents seem to get better with HS activities, at least on the boys side. Portsmouth has NAZI warnings up at their fields saying you will be castrated if you castigate the referees or opposing teams. Only gripe I have with HS teams is with LaSalle. The parents are obnoxious and low class and the coach addresses opposing players. For as much as he prepares his players to play, he doesn't prepare his players or expect his parents to be gentlemen.

Opposing girl went down in a collision and three mothers began accusing the player of flopping to stall for time (seldom done by girls in HS games). It was loud enough where a fellow E.G. parent asked them to be quiet. Surprised because most HS parents have been around for a few years and usually are respectful of players sprawled out on the turf.
We had a similar experience with E.G. parents...par for the course.

LaSalle parents are Bayside parents. It's what you get.

No "gentlemen" there.... watch your back because what you say as a parent to another parent will be held against your son...no real team philosophy because your son is taking the spotlight or thunda away from theirs

Hendricken has always produced the better citizens, gentlemen and scholars from the two general population privates.
