Everyone know that Providence has a relation with Bayside. Bayside has 4 players currently with the Revs Academy. By that metric they must be doing something right in term of players development. 3 invited to the U.S. national team ID training. What clubs in RI can make that claim.
Yes .. but there is a chink in the armor in providence. SK has left Providence . He has been feeding Bayside those kids for years. GPS and Bruno have been recruiting in Providence.
I see a shift in the force

Other then the U14 Bruno is not a very attractive option. GPS promised of Bayern Munich is not what it cracks up to be.
Dominating RI is not a big deal. Bruno,Bayside whatever.
Here's your reality..in 3 or so years, your u11 team will go through the realities that kids who are great athletes (and so are great young soccer players) find other sports, move, don't all progress at the same pace and so the politics of the involved parent/managers kick in, the very best players (parents of those players) start to realize unless there is a big change in the landscape where the top players go, etc.
U11s/12s.shouldn't be worrying about who is better team..matches at that age are for individuals to see how the skills being developed in training are progressing in a more (and different) pressured environment.. It's attitudes that focus on who wins so we have to keep pushing more games and tournaments and $$ that keeps spiraling youth soccer in aggregate downward into a cesspool of mediocrity and burned out kids..

This sounds like the experience my child has gone through. Match results shouldn't be the focus, excellent training and development should. Once your child gets to a point where they want to push themselves parents can help them navigate the pathway to find the right fit for their skill and desire. Development never stops but match results will speak for themselves. In other words, a good player will not stay on a team that is below their level.
