i just wanted the question answered...i see no mention of any particular kid, but i can read between the lines. this isn't about the player, it's about the org/parent/coach. Let's see if the organization backs the coach/parent or the rest of the team...

If you can read between the lines, why don't you just pull out your Premier Team Constitution and see what it says. If you can't find it, grab any Town Soccer Team Constitution and just modify the line... Fees: xxx to Fees: xxx + $2K
