I think. Him and JD from Bolts. JD is a keeper but played CM for Rays. Heard he did not even ask for a waiver since not even playing his position.

From the looks of it you need all the help you can get ethical or unethical.

Not sure but I would think the Pawtucket kid would need the money more than DA from the upside of Cranston

Waivers are for primarily previous players (sort of a grandfather clause). Pawtucket kid new to DAP. DA been there a couple of years

So you think you are a better person because you have money? Typical LSA wealthy obnoxious parent. Does YOUR kid play? If so, how much are you putting in MP's pocket each week because that's how it is determined. You defend him because it benefits YOU and you apparently are some sort of rich brat. Money can buy play time & loyalty. Good luck!

PS - you kid's college coach won't take the money to put him out on the field, he will have to earn it himself daddy warbucks.

There is no way DA (the son) has a waiver that follows the rules...but that is okay. The kid is a very good player. It is a shame that his father and coach are ruining his reputation. He should be treated like any other player and would shine on his own.

We even have Dr. Phil posting on DA's kid.

It very sad that all has to come out in a public forum and they can,t defend themselves but it really leaves a bad taste in ones mouth and I almost sent my kid to his camp this summer and if he is not going to play by gentleman's rule I don't want to give him my kid or business

LOL the thread that keeps on giving and giving and giving and giving.

If bitterness was money you people would be rich.

EXACTLY. I am new to the soccer scene in Rhode Island but this does resound quite often. You definitely have to take things with a grain of salt but this topic is weighed upon heavily which gives you some idea that something just isn't right.

Although not the only game in town. DA's program is very desirable. It is one of only two high level programs in the state and it is free. No one who aspires to play at that level is going to risk ******* him off. So he gets away with it. Conflict of interest all over the place but he knows how to play the game and grease the palms.
