I think NEP was formed as a better choice for competition, with so many clubs padding their rosters with lower level players to increase profits -
If you measure by success NEP has the edge. This year's RI NEP clubs won 12 out of the 17 SC. In MA, NEP clubs won 10 out of the 12 SC. So the verdict is in NEP is the better league.Comment
