its great that you are willing to participate in our discussion. You obviously know a lot about soccer and probably know almost as much as me. Things like development, which clubs are best, which coaches are not good, all that stuff. I'll have you over to work on your English and watch some soccer sometime. Welcome to the site my fried!

t doesnt matter where you play club soccer. one of the advantages of living in a small state like RI CT or MA is that you can live in one state and play soccer in another.

Agree. my point was it's only natural based on economies of scale for a few clubs to emerge in a given period and the better players will migrate to those. Having said that, it wouldn't hurt RI to have a facility on the scale of CJSA at Farmington.

        For the guy

who said there are CT players playing in RI....really...if they are I would be shocked. There are much better clubs, training and facilities available in CT. Why would someone go to RI to play? I am living in CT and I can honestly say I haven't seen a CT girls premier team even go to RI to play a game let alone a player go there to play premier soccer. Maybe some girl living on the border goes there to play travel games, but CFC, FSA, SouthCentral, Beachside...I dont see them itching to play the RI talent week in and week out....dont get offended, just haven't seen it

TW guy plugging how great the club is in the other thread. Why don't you enlighten us with your 2012, 2013 or 2014 commitments?

if you are with bayside, you are right--you have not seen CT teams asking to play against you, unless they need a quick win in a tournament and dont want to play against a stronger RI team to get it

of the bayside u16g and u17g teams, only the u17g team has played any good CT teams. The u16g team beat a U14 team when last year 3-2, but that's it. How about bruno or blackwatch? Anyone? I'm still waiting....

Start a new thread. This is for commitments even though there isn't much happening except for the players on the Scorps or Stars. Poor RI

It's time for college freshman to start packing their bags. So, Bayside, Bruno, TW lets share all the success stories of where your players are heading off to!

Interesting question. I think there are 2 players from TW going to URI, but have not heard anything about any other players on that team or about anyone from another club, and have also not heard about any committments from players that are rising seniors or juniors. Anyone?

TW is the only RI club with a U18 team.

All the teams had seniors playing U17 this past year.
