Girls > U13 Rays

And I know some Rays U13 parent is going to come on and say but the parents love each other and all that BS but when u keep losing watch how fast the top 4 or 5 players and parents leave.They will lose 2 best girls to MA clubs like the rays have done for years now and the rest of the team will go to bwp or bayside. U14’s & U15's are just ok and they will be done in 2-3 years and with no youth program rays will collapse. O yeah and the world is coming to a end in 2012.

You are the one that ruined your daughter's season... you didn't go to practice and missed games and tournaments for her CYO Basketball career. You were never committed and maybe that's because it was your first year in premiere soccer so you really didn't know what you were getting yourself into.
But to do all of that and then complain when she doesn't get playing time?? Really?? when there are other team members who didn't miss practices, games or tournaments and who play soccer as their #1 sport and only sport?
Come one anyone will tell you that no matter what "playing time" is not a given right on any premiere team.

Not a very good experience! But the Parents are/(were) - Fantastic To quote my departing letter(stab);

Come one anyone will tell you that no matter what "playing time" is not a given right on any premiere team.
At the U16 and below level, any premier team selling "player development" should have some minimum playing time, except for violations of team rules or other extenuating reasons (health, safety), guaranteed -- if the kid is not good enough to put out there for at least a short period, then do not take the player for that team. If having commitment to other activities is so bothersome, don't take the player.
Training progression goes up to "match-like" -- The objective of the training session is to prepare players for competition. If you are not going to put kids in competition, then training is a waste of the time and money involved. The no playing time guaranteed philosophy is for school teams, where the wins and losses impact the coaches' job, and frankly, where there is little time (at least at JV/Var level) to work on player development.
But playing other sports is not mutually exclusive with developing as a soccer player -- look at some of the bios of the players on the USWNT - Becky Sauerbrunn was all state in basketball, Hope Solo played basketball in college (didn't even play GK in HS or on her club team), etc.

The U16 group they are playing in states that it's for players born after 1-1-95 pretty sure that means TW should be playing in the U17 group over there. Maple is 8-1-94 thru 7-31-95. Which means TW has players over the age limit for the U16 at Dana Cup. Hey, they found the net somewhere since they can't here in wonderful America.
there is no limit to the number of players a team can be on your team list.
Among the players on the list must be 3 players who are 1 year old (in 7-man classes 1 player).
In the 11-man classes must in a struggle participate up to 16 of the players suffered participant list.
In the 7-side classes, all the players on the team list to participate in a match. Age Requirements, etc. There is, as mentioned automatic exemption to apply the team list 3 players who are 1 year of old (in 7-man classes 1 player).
That means each team is allowed 3 players born in 94 which is what they have. The rest are 95's with 2 96's!
