They've promoted all (D1,D2,D3), just go back and look. What they do not do (although it's a small sample size to date) is post any follow up of former committed players. Most likely because they haven't done anything at the next level. It's easy for clubs to highlight their commits, but the true test is how those commits are doing. You'll never see "our former player "x" recently completed their freshman year garnering 0 starts, and 0 minutes" That would only undermine what they are trying sell.
