Ok slow guy.... they are forming a brand new team. They are not trying out for the Ukies GA team. Team membership is by invite only. The Ukies are letting them use the fields. In return the Ukies will get to market at least 12 D1 signings and another 5 or 6 D2/D3 commits.

It is considered a practice and HS aged players are not allowed to practice at any level, besides 1 2hr period for D2, and that counts as a d2 practice day.
The college scrimmages won't happen

Not so sure about that - Ukies will do anything for money and social media posts - taking credit for D1 commits. The biggest wild card will be if there are actually enough girls that get committed to make the numbers work. Never underestimate JM and his ability to make a deal that will benefit his kid.
