It's not hard to be successful at 7v7, just need a couple good players, and you could manufacture wins. Just look at the 2010 boys team he coaches..they were good 7v7, but now they get smoked by other local clubs by 6 goal margins.

What could the director be “impatient” about? How are parents being snakes? What actually happened? Had to be pretty bad to boot a coach of a successful team.
