Except that they are 16 and parents are paying for it. No one wants to be paying for a product that you might not be receiving. That is the problem here. No one minds competition, but this is happening after players (and parents) accepted a GA spot, not a spot where they may/may not play GA. Every team rosters more than they can dress. 22 is reasonable, but close to 20, that's something else.
