Warrington doesn’t have a 2006 team. Plus there are plenty of ECNL teams/clubs who currently get “slaughtered”. Take Delco or PDA South for example. Neither has ever likely had a team above .500. Having two competitive teams, 09 and 07, in ECNL is better than most the clubs in ECNL where it’s dominated by PDA Blue.

because the 2 leagues can't compare GA is a failed experiment and like it or not ECNL has a history of success
