There’s the problem right there…know it all parents chasing their own failed dreams complaining, you all need to take a step back and let the players play and the coaches coach, you are interfering with your child’s development and their ability to love the game and find success. Every player I know has benefited from time with Boomer and Tim, please take your doom and gloom somewhere else!

Well when JN couldn’t be there Boomer would coach, and when boomer couldn’t be there Keddie would coach so maybe not that far off

that isn't a HC. They stepped in when needed as happens all over the country. A steady assistant could have filled in those times if there was one, but Boomer knew the players well, so no complaints on him filling in, and the girls really like him

yeah may not be long till a daddy steps in... they already exist at the 2013G, 2011G, 2011B, 2010B, and 2008B, probably more that I'm not aware of...so why not add 06GA to the mix.....Ukies are ridiculous with parent coaches- says a lot about the leadership of the organization-

Agree, but why is it acceptable with those other teams? I'll tell you why- because they made the mistake from the beginning, and its too late now to ask the daddy coach to step down. In almost all cases the daddy coach will simply take the team to another club, who will gladly take them on for the additional revenue. Its happened before: does the 03 girls team (before academy) ring a bell- a parent coach was asked to step down or got fired, but then took entire team with him, essentially destroying the 03 girls age group, and in some ways the 04's, as he had many 04s playing up. The club will not risk losing paying customers and will look the other way in most cases, unless the daddy coach has some blatant violation of the code of conduct.
