Really unfair to the families that have been there for a long time to add players mid season and not have them pay. Is this normal within ECNL circles?

Its highly unusual for an ECNL team to train 1x a week. Its highly unusual for an ECNL team to have 9 kids from the same high school. Its highly unusual for ECNL teams to have unlicensed dad coaches. At some point you gotta wake up and realize the the reason FC Bucks does all these things that are highly unusual for ECNL teams is because FC Bucks isnt a real ECNL club.

Why not at least wait until tryouts before adding players from town travel teams mid season. May have other better players show up to compare to no?

Why not at least wait until tryouts before adding players from town travel teams mid season. May have other better players show up to compare to no?

Have to replace the ones that left midseason - at least 1 went to ukies and is at the "GA Showcase" in Florida. Playing low quality soccer against low quality teams and acting like the won a legitimate game.

Maybe dad needs to add some chapters to his book
