Uh huh. And you “know” this how? Let me guess. A very reliable source? Just go away and stir the pot with some other club.

Don’t waste your time on him. He just says lie after lie after lie after lie. What was your biggest contribution over the last two years? Where did you invest the most hours of your life over the last two years? On this blog? What a pathetic existence.

Wrong - currently in negotiations with FCB regarding usage of the north turf - I am sure a contract will be signed but there is not one in place currently, if you don’t believe it - email the school board - but not anonymously.

The same loser parents who are dreaming of practices being moved to proving grounds are the same loser parents who insisted Finneyfrock wasn’t getting fired. Bless your hearts!

Not only is there no lease as of right now if the CDC guidelines say no outside usage FCB may not have a lease at CRN no decisions have been made and if the CDC guidelines need to be adhered to there will be no lease...time to go to PG

This is 100% correct. The original lease between CRUSA/FC Bucks and the School District was signed in 2009. It was a 5 year lease with an option to renew for another 5 years. The renewal for the second 5 years was done in 2014. The second 5 year term has since expired and there currently is no new lease. The purpose for the original lease was to help finance the cost of the original turf field. There no longer is a need to help with financing.

Given the CRS turf project was cancelled, and the community's demands that both Council Rock High Schools get equal access to the one turf field at CRN, it would seem very unlikely that CRUSA/FC Bucks will get a new lease. Or, if they do get a new lease, it will likely be for less time than the previous lease, due to the priority that will be given to both high schools.

The cost of turf never goes away. Replacement turf is built in the budget, or at least in the planning stages all the time. The CR turf will need to be replaced in the near future. When you build a turf field it needs to be used, they need people outside the school using that field 6 days a week if they want to take the burden off tax payers. The community programs get the first shot, and CR will lock down a contract with CRUSA/FC Bucks. These are the facts.

When you take a club outside its area, it dies. It becomes something else. Pull FC Bucks outside the Bucks Co. area, and it will die. It will also be an excuse for ECNL (PDA) to force a merger for the clubs playing within a certain geographic area. The last thing people should want in Bucks County is to be playing in Plymouth Meeting, because PDA would love to see that happen. FC Bucks are now in PDA territory. it's already tough enough, but move that club to Montco, and parents have a greater choice, drive to Conshy or NJ, play for Delco of Bucks, or play for PDA....easy choice. As an original member of ECNL this wasn’t an issue for FC Bucks when the league first started, but with the expansion of PDA, I would be very concerned. Move that club to a shared location with another ECNL program, and prepare to for an FC Delco patch over your red and black uniforms. CM will be gone soon enough, don't give up your entire history over one person that only cares about himself.

No room at PG. Lots of room at Bryn Athyn. Next year will prove that out. Maybe then you’ll finally go away?

This is a great post and makes so much sense. I hope the coaches and leadership read this one!

Any new lease will likely be for weekends only and possibly severely restricted on weeknights. Weeknights will be primarily reserved for school activities - for two high schools. At most FC Bucks can expect 2 hours a week night, which is significantly less than what is has now.

Not a lot of room at Bryan Athyn and they would have to follow the same CDC Guidelines as everyone else....

FC Bucks has had access to both CRN and Bryn Athyn for a couple of years. Nothing has changed here. It doesn't matter how you slice it or dice it, if you take the current number of boys and girls teams at FC Bucks requiring turf space and you figure each of these teams train 3 times a week, the math just doesn't work. The only way it can work is if you increase the number of teams on the field at the same time (thereby reducing the space each team gets to practice on).

It is just straight up math. FC Bucks needs a third turf field. Without a third turf field, you will see more of the same, which is FC Bucks teams that are not competitive with its peers who have proper facilities and can train 3 times a week. New coaches, and new DOCs won't fix this problem.

Why would next year be less than this year? Did the school district tell you that? Did you even ask?
