It doesn’t change the message or the facts about the FC Bucks 2006 ECNL team - we all know what they are and so does the local soccer community. Unless and until the club makes some major changes with the team there is no one that will have their kid play for this team. The future player pool for this team is nonexistent at this point. And this is not meant to bash it’s just a factual statement. And something all of us should be concerned about. Let’s hope the existing team stays strong because there won’t be many banging down the door for their kid to play. And it’s all thanks to DM for not nipping this when he could have.

The really sad thing is even the college coaches stay away from Bucks now - there have been few D1 commitments the past two years and this years class not looking any better. Have a friend whose kid plays for Bucks - said lots of college coaches in Florida but no one was hearing from the coaches after the games. Seems the ECNL exposure is not translating to commitments or even contacts with the college coaches. The lack of quality and quantity of training the kids receive as compared to other clubs really shows on the pitch and the college coaches have not been committing the Bucks kids.
It’s a sad state of affairs at what was once a really good club.
People are starting to question whether the time, money and travel that ECNL requires is worth it at Bucks.

Took me 30 minutes to read the posts just from the last 24 hours. Did any of your kids get dinner or did they fend for themselves? Worry about your own families and stop worrying about everyone else’s.
