If there are fair tryouts, no dad-coach, and a commitment by the club to provide a professional licensed coach who is committed to training 2-3 times a week, we will evaluate the situation to see if it makes sense, and make a decision to stay or not.

Oh boy. 1-1 tie against last place winless PDA white. Another game we should have won. Wanna bet PDA White practiced more than 1x this week and doesn’t have a dad coach.

FYI-The team did practice twice, not that it has anything to do with it. Also, the best teams in the world have bad results, why you feel the need to attack a team of 13 year old girls is beyond my imagination.

Not sure a practice with a different coach where only 7 girls show up qualifies as a practice. Also I’m not attacking the girls. This is a game they should of won but sadly their coach, dad coach and club failed them.

Yep- when people say things like there will be X number of spots next year if so and so leaves, it just proves the sense of entitlement certain people feel. In a competitive league such as ECNL, every roster spot should be available every year.

This is something CRUSA/FC BUCKS doesn’t know how to do...fully open tryouts every spot up for grabs...BB & RF still trying to manipulate which guest players get used...as long as doesn’t interfere with BB daughter or friends because he is always recruiting the “must haves” which in this age group don’t exist in this area or surrounding areas that would be willing to play for this team.

Disagree....RF is on the sidelines recruiting....he recruits for his HS team.....with this group going to HS next year don't kid yourself that RF isn't checking out this age group for his HS....and BB thinks that no one can compete with his daughter.....a clear case of "propping up someone with limited skills..."

RF doesn't "officially" recruit for the club...but he will only "allow" guest players that BB brings to his attention...so isn't that in and of itself recruiting???

Don't kid yourself that RF didn't embrace the "backroom deal..." not only did he embrace it he probably orchestrated it...and he is doing the same for his HS team, for next year...lots of "backroom deals" promising playing time and positions....and this years season isn't even over yet...and the "deals" are probably only the guest players that RF wants for see go to his HS...unless BB is going to coach a RF's high school when RF retires...

Seems like the only thing that everyone universally agrees on is that BBs involvement with this team is not positive and shouldn’t continue. BB we know your on here. It’s time to go. You had a nice run. Let your daughter stand in her own and focus on screwing up your younger daughters team until those parents get fed up too.
