Why would you continue to post if you know it’s hurting your kids and team? Like u say word of mouth coupled with this thread. You guys are just stating the same thing over and over again. It really does seem counterproductive of what you are trying to achieve.

The reasons people can’t deal with these issues in a normal way have been stated over and over. There is no one to go to, and that in and of itself tells you how poorly bucks is run. The fact a club would have a board member non professional dad coach who even posted on this thread tells you all you need to know about why there is no other way. Wish it were different.
Whether people post on here or not the issues with the team / club aren’t going away. And if they aren’t fixed there will be a very thin roster next year.
Soccer is a big business these days and if the product isn’t good people aren’t buying. If the service or product you are offering is good success will follow if it’s not you are going out of business. Economic 101. Right now bucks is not good.

You can't please all of the people all of the time. Also, kids max out. People need to see that in their child. Some simply don't want to.
Let them play and enjoy it. There are many kids in the hospital that would love to have the opportunity to play soccer and just have fun. Remember that!

But you seemed to gloss over the real message. Let your kids enjoy their youth and their youth sports. There are other kids that would love to have their opportunities, but are in the hospital all the time. Remember how lucky you rand they eally are.

This is soccer, not real life. You parents are taking all this way too seriously. If you aren’t happy find a different club. Why put your kids and yourselves through all this daily anguish over a GAME. You parents are pushing people away from this team NOT the coach or anyone else.

Second of all when you make a decision to be a dad coach (particularly when you are not qualified and there are no other dad coaches) you put a big bright giant spotlight on your kid. Because people will either perceive there to be bias or there actually will be bias. Either way that spotlight is there so if she lags behind people notice.
And if BB were the stand up guy some of u seem to think he is - he would step aside from his dad coaching duties both for the good of his daughter and the good of the team. Simple really.
